My have one Hardware Controller OC200, two Router ER8411 V1 and ER605 V1.

Presently OC200 and ER8411 working together smoothly  [Controller Version 5.14.0.21]. I read that the OC200 can manage 10 Omada Router, but i can't success on it.

Please tell me how can I control both router with the OC200 in details.

First, create a new site on the controller.

Then try out this guide: How to Manage Omada Devices at Different Sites Using Omada SDN Controller via Port Forwarding (Controller 5.0 or Above)

You can also choose to set up the VPN instead which can also achieve the same result.

How to Manage Omada Devices at Different Sites Using Omada SDN Controller via VPN (Controller 5.0 or Above)

Each site can only host one Omada router. For the site design, it is up to your network plan.
