Have two of these devices, both identical. One works perfectly, recording when button pushed (notifying as well). Second one notifies, but camera record is blank and skips to action after. Does it everytime.
Recording viewer demonstrates same issue. Blank section where door bell was rang.

One thing to check is the installation and power connections to ensure there isn’t something physically amiss with the device.
Apart from that, I would check whether the symptom manifests even without a Micro SD card inserted in the KD110 to rule out a failing card contributing to it.
