When I started to setup my TP-Link CPE510, in AP mode. Then SSID not showing up on my Smartphones. Then I checked out status. Then this shows signal strength N/A. What does that mean? How can I solve?

I cannot access or communicate with the CPE as my modem uses the 192.168.1.254 port for internal use. This is the response from an IP Scanner. How can I do? Can the IP of the CPE be changed? Marcello
