Hardware Version : 2.0
Firmware Version : 1.0.9 Build 20150715 Rel.33297(s)


I'm not able to see the PoE status of the connected devices in the PoE Tab
The PoE is working because the devices are turned on.
The same happens if i press the button to see the PoE status in the front panel of the switch.
All leds turned off.
Any suggestions?

Suggest you to update the firmware,maybe this issue will be solved, if not, I think you can RMA the new one.

I've had the same issue, tried a few reboots etc, in the end i left it as it wasn't causing an issue
