Good morning,
when I try to set the Facebook access, clicking on "Configuration" I obtain this error message

"Failed to connect to the Facebook server. Please close this window and check your network connection."

I have connection, I'm writing this. The ac500 and the cat1750 are upgrade to the ast firmware version and the wifi is working well.

Suggestions?

According to the error message, it may be teh connection problem between AC500 and Facebook.

You can set a common SSID (without Facebook authentication), then check if the wireless clients can surf the facebook. You can also use the ping tools in system tools->diagnotics->ping, to ping the IP address of Facebook(157.240.10.35)

Hi. Thanks for your help.

First of all, I have to correct some information: my router is the Archer C50, not the AC500, but the problem is the same.

Indeed, when I connect to the guest WiFi (with "WiFi Facebook" disabled) I can surf the Internet and Facebook. But only if the option "Allow Guests To Access My Local Network" is activated. This may be related to having the router configured in LAN-LAN cascade.

Then, when activating "WiFi FAcebook" the error appears. And if I connect to the guest WiFi I can no longer surf the internet.

Tnak you.
