Now that Apple have relaxed the HomeKit requirement specification by allowing a software based authorisation/encryption method to be used by third party devices rather than just the former hardware based method, i.e. I was wondering what the likelihood would be of TPLINK using a firmware upgrade to add HomeKIt compatibility to the TPLINK HS110 smart plug?
