Hi

Im in desperate need of any help I can get with sorting this problem out. Sorry in advance for any misspelling, english is not my native language.

This is my problem and what I've tried to do by now:

I5 3570K

8GB DDR3 2133

GTX 970

MSI MPOWER Z77

I've got a fiber connection 300/300

The connection is wired and im only using Cat 5e cables

Fiber modem > Archer C2 > PC

When I run this setup, I test my speed to aprox. 96-99mbit both dl/ul

When I connect cable from fiber modem > PC i get 300+ speeds dl/ul

My link speed is saying 1000Gbps

Im running version: 3.0.1 Build 20180423 Rel. 53178(EU) on my Archer C2

QoS is off.

I've tried resetting router multiple times with no luck.

I've also asked this question on a danish hardware forum but even they cant resolve this..

Im hoping I dont need to buy or try a different router, cause I just got this because it should be able to run my internet speeds..

If im missing any info, please ask

What could be the problem? Thanks in advance!

Hi Brun:

This is  SMB Community, In my opinion, you need copy your issue to TP-Link Soho Community. There are not TP-Link Stuff to handle Soho issue in this Forum.

You can contact with TP-Link Technical Support Team directly also.

For this question, I sugget you do the test. Connect LAN to WAN, LAN to Modem, PC connect to LAN, then check the speed.

I worry there are compatible issue between your router and Modem.
