Hi! I wanted to know if it is possible to setup my router to have limited speed for specific computers.


We have 1 PC and 3 laptops.. I am wondering if I can control the other's speed and set a limit for them to use. (I am using 1 of the laptops)
Btw, the router's setup is just by default, i think it is plug and play.

Can anyone help? Thanks !

Mac binding and bandwidth control can achieve your goal if your router support this two functions.

From the Specifications, the TL-R470T+ supports MAC banding and bandwidth control, but TL-R402M does not support

thanks for the reply! I was waiting for this. Now i know that I need another router. be asking another question after i got my new wireless router that my aunt will give me. ;)
