Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20190419 Rel.43063

I am a newbie at Omada. I setup oc200 and a eap225 today. I was able to see my ap in the app ond on web access. after updating FW on both ap and OC i lost the AP reporting in the web interface. The web shows ap connected but no statistics when clicking AP. The page shows connected but says no entries under tabs overview-config-mesh ect. Any thoughts how to get this back? The AP FW is 1.5.0.

I'm sorry but its not clear from your post which 'web interface' you are trying to use. Are you trying to use the web interface on AP directly? If you have adopted the AP using OC200 then you need to manage the AP from OC200 interface. Which version of EAP225 is it? outdoor?

Is there more than one web interface? This is the link I am going to omada.tplinkcloud.com, is this correct? See page shot attached. Thanks!

That is the OC200 login so you are in the right place. So the EAP is not showing at all under access points. I can see from your screen shot one is connected but the list was refreshing

EDIT: are you connected to the local network of the OC200?
