Hey man, use English, it's international forum :)

Your 192.168.1.2 switch should have vlan 10,20,30 tagged on port, which goes to your router. What is the router? Can you manage it or is it really Provider router?

If it is provider router and you can't manage it, then nothing you can do, just add your router, e.g. TL-ER6120 or some Mikrotik router. If it is your NAT-router, which support 802.1q, then just configure 10,20,30 tagged on your port also and you do not need any routing then.

What is "Router Provider"? "Provider" usually means ISP, so you can't manage it by yourself.

If I were you, then I woudn't terminate VLANs 10,20,30 on switch, while I would do it on Router, so my gateway will do all the routing stuff. For this I would just make port to gateway as 10,20,30 tagged and configure these VLAN interfaces on gateway.

What do you want from switch? Do you want to configure Static Routing on it? Then just configure :) What is your VLAN interfaces on the switch? Let us imagine it is x.x.x.1
