Hello!

Recently, I bought a Wi-Fi Router device to use. My purpose will be to download games and applications. However, during using or playing games, I always encountered a drop in the network. I have tested the network speed on fast.com, it achieved 400 Mpbs / s. This problem occurs on devices or network providers. Can you guys give me a solution to check it out? Thanks in advance!

Hi,

May I know who is your ISP? Can you get the internet from your modem directly when the WR841N drops connection?

How about the LEDs on the WR841N, is the WAN LED orange or green? When the internet drops, can you access its web management and check what is the internet IP address and default gateway at that time?
