Hello

this switch was working fine but all of a sudden it has stopped working. Symptoms are:

- the Power light is on all the time.

- every 6-7 seconds all lights from the 16 ports blink once at unison.

- if you connect one lan cable, the corresponding light does not turn on.

I've tried resetting the device through the front button but doesn't seem to do anything. If I try to connect to the default IP (192.168.0.1) it does not respond.

Any ideas what's going on or how I can bring it back to life?
