Setup Mesh without controller?

Is it possible to setup a mesh without a controller just via the web browser?
If this is not possible, can the controller be removed once the mesh is working?

Hey
No sadly not, the controller is required and needs to be online all the time for Mesh to work.
Basically the controller will make the decision when and how to roam devices, along with other mesh management that will require it to be online
If you are looking a mesh setup without a controller, the Deco range may be a choice for you
