Hi! 

Our Tl-ER5120 Load Balance is inaccessible and all WAN ports are with LED  WAN ON but all SPEED LED OFF.

We cannot access the manager from IP and the LAN port is with WAN and SPEED leds off.

We have already tried to reset many times, but it keeps with the same problem. 

The power led is always ON and de SYS led is ON/OFF every second.

Is it powered by the original Power Cord?
If the power supply is OK, it should be a hardware problem, you can try to reset it.
If the problem is the same after reset, uhm... then suggest you contacting tp support directly to solve the problem.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.
