I have a similar issue with the same device. Have no clear picture about the firmware.
Since the current device been reseted recently I cannot contact the device via 192.168.1.254 even if I followed all the instruction from the beggining. Everything are connected successfully but still I can't contact the web page configuration menu. It returns as unreachable.
Can anyone help with this please? I would appreciate.
