Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.0 Build 20230511 Rel.51317

Hi,

Model: ER605 V1

Firmware:1.3.0 Build 20230511 Rel.51317

I noticed a problem with balancer device CPU being overworked last month because it was disconnecting twice every day. updated the current firmware as well, but it keeps continuing to disconnect.

The maximum level of device usage downtime will occur on that device one minute after it has resumed normal functioning.

@Padmaraj Why is the router's cpu overloaded? Is the cpu overloaded causing the network connection to disconnect? Maybe you can try reset to see if it works (you can export the configuration file first)

1. Do you have any config on the router? Even with the factory default settings, it disconnects twice a day?

2. Do you have a switch in your LAN? Have you ruled out the possibility of a loop?

3. Have you tried to isolate this problem? What are the steps?

4. So, the second picture, when it times out, wired connection is fine and is this directly plugged into the router?
