Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.2.2 Build 20231017 Rel.68869

My Equipment: ER605 Omaga Gigabit Multi-WAN VPN Router
Hardware Specs: ER605 v2.0, Firmware Version: 2.2.2 Build 20231017 Rel.68869

Goal: To gain access to a web application running on internal servers behind the router.

WAN Configuration: Static IP.

Verified Aspects -
- The WAN IP is fixed/static/public IP.
- The WAN IP is reachable via ping from the internet or external networks.
- Two servers are in use, one running Windows and the other Ubuntu. Their DHCP IP addresses have been made static through Address Reservation.
- The web application, hosted on the Ubuntu server at 192.168.0.102, is accessible internally. However, attempts to access it through the subdomain or directly via the static IP fail with a timeout error.

Additional Information: Accessing the subdomain from a device within the router's network (Windows server) successfully loads the web app, indicating the internal routing to the Ubuntu server at 192.168.0.102 works. This routing fails from outside the network.

What I've tried so far -

1. Rebooting the router multiple times
2. Upgraded to the latest firmware & rebooted multiple times
3. Deleted all entries and recreated them again on new firmware & rebooted the router
4. Emailed the supported & got this ticket - TKID240213958, but haven't received any help/reply.

  @Pawan_Wagh

Delete all your ACL entries (keep the Forwards and Reservations), and reboot the router.  Does it work now?

@d0ugmac1 :  Nope, It still doesn't work.

I have tried all sorts of configurations, with/out policy routing, with/out access control, rebooting multiple times, but it just doesn't work!

  @Pawan_Wagh

Ok, PM me the URLs that work internally but do not work from the internet side.  You can add some XX or 99 if you wish to obscure a letter or number, I just want to see how you have formatted them.

  @Pawan_Wagh Try and figure out if your provider has enabled CGNAT. I had this problem also: Topic here...
