As stated in https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/169240
It was possible to disable U-APSD SSID/Controller wide.

I cant find an option in a current 5.13.30.20 OC300 controller.
Is there still a way?

I saw that i can manually disable it per EAP.
Which is good and most of the time you only will need it for some EAPs.
But im still wondering if we can disable it per SSID or system wide.
