Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 3.20.0

I have connected the above two switches with FO using SFP module. And i am not able to ping on either side of the FO cable networks. The SFP led is not glowing on either NSs. FO cable is through by Laser test. Any configuration to be made so that i can receive the signals from the field. Help please. Subnet Mask is same for all.

Hi @Tholu_97 

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

If SFP is not even up, then it is a problem with layer 1. Cable, module, and physical port.

You should check each factor and rule out the possibilities.

Note that we cannot guarantee the compatibility of the SFP modules you have.
