Model: TL-SG2428P
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version:

When opening with a text editor, the config file I saved from a TL-SG2428P, I was warned by this text editor that this file contains invalid characters.

Looking closer, it seems the content is fine except an ending character displayed as \00 (by TextEdit on Linux).

Hardware version is: TL-SG2428P 4.0

Firmware version is: 4.0.8 Build 20240115 Rel.72847

This switch is managed as standalone (without using nearby Omada controller)

Can you reproduce this ?

Hi @Oliv2831

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

This would be better explained in screenshots.

You should export it again to review if there is anything not proper. But I don't think any text editor would show such an error.

The backup config is a pure text format. Unless you choose some kind of language to interpret it. Or pure text would display any errors.
