Trying to host a web server behind two providers...which external IP is used??

I'm trying to host a website behind this LB router, and I'm not quite sure what external IP I should reference for my A record...I can't find it anywhere in the router, either, nor can I find information about how INCOMING traffic is handled. Can someone point me in the right direction?
