Restricting what clients can use Site to Site VPN

I would like to set up a site to site VPN, but only allow 2 clients to use the VPN tunnel. Can someone post a link to dicumentation on how to restrict the VPN to the 2 clients on LAN A? I've seen the doc at http://www.tp-link.com/res/down/doc/VPN_Config_Guide_V2.pdf and I don't see how to set this restriction.
