I got another month with these v1 eap772. If there aren't any updates, I'm switching back to Ubiquiti.

I think the same. I have already bought two unifi u7 pro access points to start testing and to start leave tp-link company due to terrible firmware support. I'm waiting for the final tp-link response from Vincent-TP . It's very terrible that a super modern access point is no longer supported a year after its release.
Unfortunately, I had not previously paid attention to mentions from other users that tp-link was abandoning support for its enterprise solutions too early. But now I see that many users are writing about it (for example, the eap620 v1 had a similar fate). If there is the same problem with eap772 v1 , then I will be happy to migrate the wireless corporate networks of my company back to unifi. I will also honestly write and say Woldwide in the Internet that tp-link should not be trusted as a reliable supplier of corporate products.
@Vincent-TP, we are waiting for an official response from your company. Don't evade the answer by providing streamlined formulations.

I actually gave up on tp-link also. I have both the eap782 and eap783 and both have major issues. For one MLO doesn't work on either device. When enabled devices are constantly disconnecting and reconnecting every 3-4 seconds. AFC doesn't seem to have any benefit on the eap772 even though AFC is supposed to allow the 6ghz band to increase the radio power. All of these issues are whey i switch to the unifi u7 xg series. No issue with MLO or AFC. AFC on the unifi series actually works the way its supposed to and allows the 6ghz band to have almost the same range as the 5ghz band. It just doesn't make sense how they have the deco line which i felt was bullet proof and then they come out with complete trash firmware for their business grade WiFi. I guess that's something that will always go unanswered.

It's a pity that the Tp-link company chose the wrong strategy. EAP670 was perfect...
They are also losing my company in the person of their client due to a poor attitude towards corporate equipment support.

I think its funny how TP-Link says the point of AFC is the prevent frequenty drift but on the deco line they say it will allow the 6ghz radio to operate at a higher transmit power. Seems to me they need to take the Deco developers and let them have a crack at the omada line because the current developers are not cutting it. Not sure why I'm even posting on here anymore since I've switched to ubiquiti with zero issues.

Thanks for posting here.
What are you asking about? The EOL concern or what else?
