The firmware version remains unchanged after updating to the following version 2.2.0 Build 20230629 Rel.64012 ; the same issue persists. Can you please suggest.

I was trying to upgrade firmware for the TP-Link Router model TL-R480T+ hardware V2, which has the current version 2.1.2, build 20230210, rel. 62992, with the firmware 2.2.0 build 20230629 rel. 64012.
The upgrade is done, and the router restarted, but I still see the same earlier version, which should be the latest.
