Good day all guys.

This morning i got a new firmware version update promp, then i click update buttom. After a few minute the upgrading is finished and the nvr is restarted automatically. After that the nvr stuck boot logo. So, I thinked my firmware upgrading is not supported and I have to restore dafault factory setting. But mouse controller and the hard reset buttom inside nvr are not functioned. What should I do???????
