Hi everbody,

Thank you for trying to help :)

Well I have got this error message in "Logs > Events" : [Failed] failed to connect to EAP with SSID "MySSID" on channel 1 because the user was blocked by MAC block/MAC Filter/Lock To AP.(206 times in the last minute)

I look to links point on MAC block, MAC Filter and Lock To AP, but I found nothing that can explain this issue.

In fact:

  - MAC block point to "Clients" which is list of clients and no one got "Blocked" status.

  - MAC Filter point to "WLAN" which is list of WLAN and no one got "MAC filter" enable.

  - Lock To AP point to "Client info" with Details tab, History tab and Config tag without any information concerning something like "Lock To AP"

Also "MAC Filtering" is disable of course on my site Settings.

So I am here to know if someone has an idea about what's happened here....

Thank you very much for you help,

Regard,

Hi  @ZeKid

Thanks for posting here.

What's the type of controller(hardware or software) you are using and what's the firmware version?

The records displayed on these interfaces should have a default time range (top of the pages). If you don't see the corresponding results, it's likely because there are no records within the current time range.  Please try selecting a longer time period and check again for the relevant records.

BTW, is this client the only one been blocked?
