Morning all,

looking through the general information on the gateway ACL page it says an option is available to log traffic. When editing or even adding new gateway ACLs, that log function is not available. What enables that feature?

thanks!

Hi  @BH723

The absence of this option is because the current switch/gateway firmware has not yet been adapted for this feature.

Different product lines follow different update schedules—sometimes the Controller completes feature adaptations ahead of the Omada devices.

Please keep an eye on firmware updates for your device. Thanks.

@BH723 It looks like that feature requires remote logging to be enabled. This can be found in Logs > Settings > Advanced.

@NeilR_M I should have mentioned that, I did enable remote logging but i seen no change to enable logs on ACL's.

Hi  @BH723

Thanks for posting here

The remote logging feature just forwards a copy of the logs generated by the controller to a designated log server.

Looking through the general information on the gateway ACL page it says an option is available to log traffic.

@Vincent-TP here is the page to get to it you follow the following Network config ->Security (ACL) -> ? in the upper right hand corner. Clicking on that gives you the screen shot below.
