BUG: Wired devices appear offline
Wired devices that are online and healthy are showing as offline in the controller

These three devices are all online with no issues, on the switch view the ports show as connected but with no client listed.

issue looks weird ,do you mind sharing a few details?
- What firmware version is your switch running?
- What’s your full topology like?
- Did anything specific trigger this? (reboot, upgrade, config change, etc.)

Does the issue persist?

We also released a newer version for software controller, you may update and see if it helps.
Omada_Network_Application_V6.3.0.x Pre-Release Firmware (Updated on 5th Aug, 2026)

Firmware is the latest 6.3.0.32
Its intermittent and started after this latest upgrade.
Topology is router to 24 port switch, 4 AP's and 2 8 port switches run off this with one more AP connected to one of the 8 port switches (all Omada managed)
