Firmware Version: 1.5.1 Build 260317 Rel.24908n

I HAVE VIGI NVR 1008H and I am trying it to connect it to CP-E21a camera, Cp-E21a support onvif but after trying everything i still no able to get it working 

 

CP-E21 have 8000 management port

 

and 5543 have rtsp port 

 

ONVIF VERSION 20.06

 

after entering correct id password of onvif camera get attached but in status it show not connected.

 

i even tried only rtps but result is same

i have two cameras result are same on both hope some one come with a solution here

  @Nathan-TP same stream working fine with vlc.. every thing was correct. I have emailed the concern to tp link they provide a beta firmware dated 26 july 2026 its working now

Thanks for posting here.

 

The log indicates that the network connectivity is normal and the NVR is able to reach the camera. The issue is more likely to be related to one of the following: an incorrect RTSP path, an incompatible camera encoding format, or abnormal media stream parameters returned by ONVIF.

 

Please try pulling the stream using VLC to verify whether the RTSP stream can be played normally, and confirm the camera’s encoding format and ONVIF configuration. Y
