Hi all, some advise, please. I have read and re-red the FAQ http://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-913.html and watched the youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eTLqcPt19Sc several times and all goes well after the APs (3x EAP 110) are discovered, then I use Batch Settings to assign the elastic IP and the Discover Utility indicates that Setting Succeed on all three, however they don't appear as Pending in the EAP Controller software running on AWS. I have had them setup previously in EAP Controller software running on a lappie but I reset them to shift to the EAP controller in the cloud. I have done and re done several times but no go???? Any ideas .... Please :-) Regards, Mick

Did you allow access to ports 8088, 8043, 29811, 29812, 29813 and UDP port 29810 in the AWS instance? See the FAQ http://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-1248.html. Works for me.

Hi R1D2, thanks for the reply. All the aforementioned ports are open and I have checked and rechecked. I followed the instructions to the letter. It is very frustrating. The APs won't show up in the EAP Controller. Any thoughts??

No idea. I just connected two more EAP110s to the EAP controller running in AWS and it worked like a charm, although with the second device it took long time (~ 20 minutes) until it changed from " configuring" state to " connected", so sometimes there seem to be sort of hickups. Did you check latest firmware and controller software versions? Any IP address filtering active in AWS?

Hi R1D2, thanks again for the reply. I decided to terminate the Instance and start from scratch. Eureka!! all good this time around so must have buggered something up the first time.
