Setting for Dante with TPlink switch

Can some of the technical to advised me how to configure, I have done some fine tune. But my customer still saying there is some noise when the sound multicast from this riser to anther riser. is it something to do the multicast setting/IGMP? cause on the same riser there is no noise when playing the sound.
I have configure the QoS and The igmp snooping as per manual.
56 (priority 3)
46 (priority 2)
8 (priority 1)
other (priority 0)
TL-SG2210P(11 unit, outside wall mount rack), TL-T1600G-28PS(1 unit, in Data centre). All use multiimode fiber connection back to DC.
