I am attempting to add my ER8411 and SG3428MP to the Software controller. I have them all connected directly on the same network, but the devices will not appear in the Software controller for me to add. I've tried pointing to the software controller from the router client side, but it still does not appear. How do I get it to show up?

Hi  @Jcount 

 

Is the controller plugged into the switch?

Are their IP addresses all 11.10.20.x?

 

If ping the switch's IP address and the router's LAN IP adderss on the controller PC, will it reply?

 

The default IP address of ER8411 is 192.168.0.1, it seems like you had changed the IP address of the network?

Please give us more details about the topology of your installation.
