ER706W loses Internet connection after adoption by OC200

Hello,
I have a problem with a new TP-Link ER706W v1.0.
Network topology:
- O2 (CETIN) FTTH
- Zyxel VMG4005-B60A in bridge mode
- ER706W connected to WAN2
- PPPoE
- VLAN ID 848
- OC200 Controller
- EAP225 Outdoor + EAP245
When the ER706W is configured in standalone mode, everything works correctly:
- PPPoE connects successfully.
- VLAN ID 848 is configured.
- Internet access is working normally.
However, after I adopt the ER706W into the OC200 controller, the controller applies its configuration and the router immediately loses Internet connectivity. The WAN connection stops working and I have to restart the router and reconfigure it in standalone mode.
Could you please advise:
- Is there any known issue between OC200 and ER706W?
- Does the OC200 overwrite the WAN/PPPoE/VLAN configuration during adoption?
- Is there a recommended firmware version combination for ER706W and OC200?
ER706W firmware:
- Hardware: ER706W v1.0
- Firmware: 1.1.3 Build 20240830 Rel.54942
Thank you.
