Hey guys, 

Since updating to 2.4.3 RC. I get constant site online & offline notifications from the app. In a 24hr period it can be up to 100. Anyone else getting the same?

Also to note, I am also unable to rollback the firmware to 2.4.2.

 

@Vincent-TP do do know when the next update will happen?

Thanks for posting here.

Is the site's internet down? Are there any related logs on the controller's interface?

Please try turning off the notification and then turning it back on, both in the controller web interface and in the app settings.

Also, there might have been an unexpected issue with the cloud. You can disable the cloud access and re-enable it.

No the site's internet is fine. Nothing has changed other than the firmware update from 2.4.2 to 2.4.3. I suspect it's a glitch within the firmware. I've cycled the notification settings and no change. It started directly after the update and also no related logs etc to hint why. Ideally I'd like to roll back to the previous firmware version however the system won't allow me to "update".

Did you try unbinding the cloud access and rebinding it?

Yea I've tried rebinding and that didn't fix it. I shall contact technical support to downgrade
