Hello,

I upgraded my OC300 device to 6.3.0.45.

On Logout I get an HTTP Error 404:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login via SSO

2. Logout (confirm logout)

3. See error

Direct device Login and logout without SAML SSO works.

Hi  @relvy

Thanks for the reply.

SSO users are redirected back to the login page after clicking “logout,” so you can't log in directly from that page. Currently, this issue does not affect normal usage.

Therefore, we haven't included it in the current version, but we plan to fix it in Omada version 6.4. Thank you for your feedback and support.

Note: ETA is provisional and actual delivery may vary depending on implementation conditions.

Hi  @relvy

Thanks for posting here. To better understand the situation, please give us more detials:

1. When did you first notice this situation? Only after updating the OC300 to the version 6.3.0.45?

2. Which web browser are you using? Did you try with different browsers?

3. How did you access to the OC300? Via its IP address in the LAN?

4. After the error showed up, what will happen if refresh the web page?

I discovered this in the pre-release testing.
Now I figured out this hasn't been addressed.

Firefox.

URL.

The same error remains. It's like trying to reload a non-existing website.

Hi  @relvy

Thanks for your reply.

Would you mind testing with a different web browser, such as Chrome?

Please also share a full screenshot of the error page, showing the URL at that time. Thanks.

@Vincent-TP I tested with Safari. Same result.

The screenshot with the URL, Firefox shows the same URL.

Yes, it did work on 6.2. Therefore I consider this is a regression.

That's right, apart from confusing my Team.
