The energy monitoring feature worked fine right after my purchase in June. I hadn't used it in the next 3 months. Now (October), I use it again but the energy monitoring feature doesn't work anymore ('Usage', 'Current Power' and 'Total Consumption' always reports zeros while 'Runtime' works fine).

What should I do to recover the 'energy monitoring' feature?

The Usage is normal on my HS110 . What's the model.no and system of your phone ? Maybe you can test on another phone or contact tp-link support for help
