I just bought 2 LB110 bulb and I've been using google home to control them. It's the third day I've had them and whenever I tell google home or use the app to shut off the bulbs one of the bulbs stay at 1% dimmed. yet on the app the power icon is grey like the other bulb, which is shut off. I thought it might be the socket, so I switched the bulbs and it still acted the same way not shutting off.

You mean one is normal, and the other always stay at 1% dimmed when you turn off on Kasa? It looks like there still exsit weak current. I think you can ask for change.

pretty much. it did turn off after 5 minutes, would that indicate the weak current?

So it will turn off, but has dalay? I never heard of such issue before, however this time I don't think it's caused by hardware, maybe software,as for its strange behavior. Just contact with tplink support team.
