I am update the camera nc250 to firmware 1.3.0 build 171205 ref 2310a2,
In sound dection, not chose level sound only sensitivity.
How to solve this problem?

Do you mean the threshold settings? From the official website sound detection threshold has been removed.
Modifications and Bug Fix:
1. Use H5 for live view on Web-UI.
2. Replace threshold settings on Sound Detection with adaptive threshold.
3. Fixed WPA2 security vulnerabilities.

The settings are absolutely usless. The camera detects ambient sound as alerts and spams non-stop notifications regardless of setting.

You could set any Sensitivity after enabling Sound Detection. The camera still sending without end notifications. Time delay in Notification Delivery won´t changes anything. The Threshold is bugged, please repair it in next firmware.

Hi friend. I am novice here and i need help to my camera IP modelo: NC250 . I need to know where the video recordings are recorded? I am from Venezuela and i not see any forum in spanish.

Once you opened tpCamera app, you can go to memory page and then you will see recorded videos or pictures.

Yes my friend .. now It is ok the message Page but now the detection is not working fine. I try with all sensibility setup but is not ok. The camera detected the motion 10min after watch.

What do you mean by saying that the camera detected the motion 10min after watch? Please provide more information.
You can adjust the activity zones to give it a shot; Even you can hard reset the camera and re-set it up.
