Hardware : Tp-Link Archer C1200 v1 EU
Firmware : C1200v1_eu-up-1.1.3 Build 20180124 rel.52299.bin
Problem : Random self reboot.
Been using this models for 1 month+, encounter random self reboot, later come to my knowledge it happen to many other user as well and is hotly discussed on other forum.
call to my Telco, they inform me it is known problem due to firmware problem.
can any one /some one tell us what happen? why it takes so long time to solve this random reboot problem?

i have tested it before, same rebooting issue happen. i have loss hope on C1200 and bought an Asus Router already, let C1200 RIP.

I want to make correction to my earlier post.
Thank you Enson Loo for providing me the link to BETA FW which is newer to the one i have tested.
The one i have tested is older BETA "Build 20180101 rel.66049(Beta)".
I am not going to test this new FW, but to ask some other user to test it at this forum below:

Attempt the below, one at a time, to see which is better:
- Feel the router, if the router is hot or lots of heat coming out, use a fan to cool the router, a regular fan or USB fan is fine.
- Set the WiFi Transmit Power to low (if the setting is currently set to high), and see if this helps with the reboot.
- Turn the WiFi off completely and feel the difference of the heat output and observe router stability.
I discovered that as the WiFi Transmit Power is set to high, the router draws more power and generates more heat, possibly causing instability and reboot. Additionally, the Archer C1200 V3 has a newer firmware, released on 5/13/2020. Possibly ask tp-link support for firmware release for V1 and V2.
