I can't connect the camera to the wifi online . I think it is because I have a password on my wifi but how to do this. I watched videos which only requests you to press on the wps of the router and the camera but the it only shows the red light . please help

what is the model number of your camera? it is a cloud camera?
if so, you can use the tpcamera app to install it.
For first time setup, connect the camera to router via etherent cable. Then connect your phone to router Wi-FI and run the app to add new camera. APP will guide you all the steps.
