Model : Archer C3150

Hardware Version : Archer C3150 v2 00000000

Firmware Version:3.0.0 0.9.1 v005f.0 Build 170926 Rel.63400n (The router reports this is up-to-date)

ISP : Australia NBN PPPoE HFC

Hi all, I just purchased this router and for some reason when I log into World of Tanks, the LAN interface of my PC is disconnected. I does reestablish connection after a 30 seconds or so or seemingly when you exit out and resubmit your game's username and password.

I have many games and World of Tanks is the only one that the router seems to have issue with. I've tried with HomeCare features on and off. No difference. I'm running "Standard" QoS. and the rest of the settings are default. I reset the config to default via the interface also.

The C3150 is replacing a WNDR3700 v2 which is years old and gave no problems at all.

Very strange behaviour and any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

hey, for this issue, it's better to contact support.au@tp-link.com directly.
I met this issue before with Archer C5400 V2 and they provide a beta firmware to fix it.

Ok wondering why I never did this before, but it appears the router reboots itself when ever I initially log into World of Tanks. Then if I try and log in straight away the router stays on.

Go figure.

Just to close off. Support provided a beta firmware as suggested and this resolved the issue. It's a few version older than what I had so hopefully I'm not missing out on any fixes or added features.

So far the router us solid. Boring really for a techie fiddler like me. :-)
