Hi everyone!Today my TP-Link felt on the floor from the bed.Since the fall, the battery has been barely lasting - basically, in use, connected to 3G, it lasts no longer than an hour. I also charges very fast, 100% in 20mins.Any tips ?Thanks !

According to your description, it seems the device is faulty and something wrong with hardware. You can try to update the FW to see whether it works well.

Hi I have just bought an M7350 and am having problems with charging it, it seems very sporadic in how it charges, and goes flat very quickley. I have tried changing the charger type, so used a phone plug in charger and or a wall socket built in usb adaeptor but the charging seems sporadic and unreligable ... bit dissapointed with it really, everything else works great but cant hold a charge to watch a movie...

:( Nick

@nadz10

What is the hardware and firmware version of the M7350?

When did you buy it? How long does it keep running?

Do you use the original power adpater?

Please provide more specific symptoms of the current issue.

Thanks in avdance, and have a nice day.
