Firmware Version : Unknown

ISP : Drei (Austrian)

Hello!
As mentioned above, the device is stuck on the boot logo. I've tried to hard reset it and I also pulled out the battery but to no avail.
I've recently used it in my bag however the temperature wasn't above 35°C. Would a firmware update help? The warranty has already expired.
I welcome any help I can get.

I have the same problem - M7350 v3.0 stucks on boot logo - no way to get it reset whatever I tried - urgent help is needed!!

Same problem! Any one can help? My modem was working fine but after turning off/on it stuck on TP-LINK logo :|

Hi all, try to hard reset the device at first, if still the same, it is suggested to contact their tech support team to check whether the device has something wrong and need to be replaced.
