TPlink MR3020 IPsec problems

Hello guys,
I configured an IPsec VPN tunnel between a pocket TPlink MR3020 and a Sophos UTM. The tunnel is UP, appears on both devices, but the traffic is not working.
I investigated on Sophos side and i see the traffic is coming from the TPlink and a reply is being sent back through the tunnel, so the TPlink must be somehow blocking the traffic. Here is an emulator of my TPlink's GUI: https://www.tp-link.com/resources/simulator/MR3020_V3-2-23/index.htm
I have no ideea what to check more in the TPlink, as the menu is pretty limited.
Do you know if there is a NAT-T setting and anti-reply setting in the TPlink somewhere? Could only find DPD, but the other 2 not.
Any ideea would be very helpfull.
