Hello,
I live in a remote area where there is no cable or fiber internet.
I am using the Data package of a Tablet (Samsung Galaxy Note10.1 2014 Edition) acting as a hot spot.
I can connect perfectly with my PC and other devices, everything works fine.
I bought an NC450 WiFi camera. I added a camera via the app selecting WiFi but there is no way for the app to capture the NC450.
I also tried connecting to an Ethernet hub, which is connected to my PC, which is connected to the Hot Spot, still no luck.

this my layout.

The connection flow is the following:
the PC is connected to the Hot Spot on the tablet via a Tp-Link WiFi dongle.
DHCP assigns the the dongle's (router) address to 192.168.43.100
All attached devices get IP addresses as 192.168.43.xxx
I can see all the connections using ipconfig /all and arp -a keywords with Powershell (Admin)

I downloaded the User Guide and there is no reference of a default IP address and i can't see any change on IP usage when i connect or disconnect the camera.

Can anyone help? Thanks. Rico
