Voice Problems - Can't Talk

Hardware Version : 2.0
Firmware Version : 1.4.1
Hello, I'm using the NC450 cloud camera from TP-Link and a fter the last update I can't talk through the camera.
it's connected via wifi and always worked perfectly fine, but now I press the voice button and when it becomes blue I try to press to talk and it automatically turns white again.
Does anyone have this problem?
