When the LED light on the camera is solid green, it means that it has been set up successfully and ready for use.
While for your case, we might need your help to get more details:
Can I have a picture of the bottom label on the NC220?
If you log out the APP and log back in, is there any device online?
Or if you reinstall the TPcamera App, would it show up on the APP?
