Hello,

 

After 3 blinks on light, Kasa app tries to connect but comes back saying "Unable to connect". Even manual connection procedure did not work. This is a new bulb. Also factory reset the bulb by turning on and off 5 times. Kindly help.

Switch to another phone and try again, and you need connect to your main router's wifi first and then go to settings to connect to tplinksmartplug wifi and then try to add the device.
