I recently purchased four KL 110 bulbs.  They seemed to be working fine with dimming, but when I tell google, or the app to turn them off, the lights turn off for a split second then turn right back on. 

 

Please Help!

Hi, 

Can you control it manually with the hardware switch?

 

You can try to move the bulb to different lamp base, and then check whether can use the app or the google home to control it.

I can flip the switch manually, but when I turn the lights off via google or the Kasa app they turn right back on.

In that case, it's suggested to turn the bulb on and off for 5 times to reset it, if you reset it successfully, you can see it will flashing 3 times after you turn it on/off 5 times. And then you can use your kasa app to configure it again, please make sure you select the correct model when you configure it, and check whether it will working properly or not.
