I'm unable to add my bulbs to be conntroled via the Deco App.
Deco M9 Plus Firmware: 1.25 Buld 20181206 Rel. 47778
Philips Hue Bridge Firmware: 1811120916
Deco App: 1.8.1
If I try to pair my Philips Hue bridge (start process, press pairing button on Philips Hue bridge, wait 50sec) it ends on this screen
If I select back I see the following
If I select huebridge1 it ends again with this screen

The German TP-Link support provided me a beta firmware 1.2.4 Build 20190124 Rel. 62471. I had to manually update the Deco M9 units. This firmware solves the problem. Maybe you have to email the TP-Link support.

actually, it is a private protocol.
The reason why that it can work with the Amazon Echo plus may be that Philips hue light allows Amazon to access its protocol.
In other word, they make it accessible for Amazon.

Exactly, the bulbs are Zigbee devices yes, but it depends on how the integration works. To integrate Philips Hue bulbs into Apple HomeKit the bridge is needed and acts as a gateway between the Philips Hue bulbs and Apple Homekit. And this is the way TP-Link integrated Philips Hue into the Deco environmenet, I guess. The commuication is made between the Deco units and the bridge (e.g. if you switch off a light in Deco the command goes to the Philips Hue bridge and the bridge switches off the light).
What I really don't understand is, that there is a bugfix firmware available to fix the Philips Hue setup problem mentioned in the beginning of this thread and this firmware has not been published till now.

This is the exact problem I'm having and it's driving me crazy. I can't find any lights and now my hub keeps disconnecting from the network.
Is this firmware available?
